GoldX – Shipping Policy

At GoldX, we are committed to delivering your fine jewelry safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines important details regarding shipping options, delivery times, fees, and more.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom and made-to-order items may take longer to process (typically 7–14 business days) due to design and production time.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Expedited (US)	2–3 business days
Overnight (US)	1 business day (available in select areas)
International Shipping	7–21 business days (varies by country)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status via the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

GoldX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the package and product for assistance.

7. Address Accuracy
