All prices listed on the GoldX website are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment systems.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. GoldX reserves the right to refuse any order.
Shipping times vary based on location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information regarding exchanges and refunds. GoldX does not offer returns, but we allow exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition.

7. Custom Orders

GoldX offers custom-made jewelry designs. Custom orders require upfront payment and are non-refundable.
Customers will be provided with design proofs before production. Once the design is approved, GoldX will not be responsible for changes requested after the approval stage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the GoldX website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, are the intellectual property of GoldX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of the content without written permission from GoldX.

9. Limitation of Liability

GoldX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

GoldX offers a warranty for manufacturing defects, as outlined in our Refund Policy. However, we do not provide warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms. GoldX disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Houston, Texas.
